Job Description

The sales and marketing department of a successful company in Kailua-Kona is looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Assistant to join their team.

Then this position might be perfect for you! You will be responsible for a variety of marketing, sales, and administrative tasks, such as assisting with PR efforts, coordinating events, and handling customer inquiries. 

 

Addit​ional Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for customer service related tasks, such as answering customer inquiries, processing orders and returns, handling complaints)
  • Update website together with platform developers 
  • Assist with PR outreach
  • Handle, update, and organize marketing materials
  • Coordinate events and tradeshows 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, accounting, other related fields, or related work experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/ or customer service
  • High computer literacy and proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Japanese and Korean language skills a plus
