Kona Brewing Hawaii is looking for a friendly, upbeat Host to join our team in beautiful Kailua-Kona! As the first face our guests see, you set the tone for the relaxed, welcoming vibe that keeps people coming back.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and lives our HEART values every day — Heart, Environment, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and seat guests with genuine aloha 🌺

• Manage reservations and guest flow smoothly

• Keep the host station tidy and organized

• Answer phones and help with takeout or retail orders

• Support retail sales (stocking shelves, running the register, and chatting with happy customers!)

• Jump in to help deliver food or bus tables when needed

• Keep daily specials and signage fresh and accurate

• Follow safety procedures and company policies

• Be a team player — we all succeed together!

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and love for great customer service

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Reliability and a sense of accountability

• Flexibility to adapt and jump in wherever needed

• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs

• Full weekend availability (Thurs–Sun)

• POS experience is a plus!
