Kitchen Helper (Kailua-Kona)

Looking to get a start in the food service industry? Full-time entry-level position is now available for a Kitchen Helper in Kailua Kona. As the Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties for culinary operations including preparing hot and cold food items, replenishing dishes on the buffet line, stocking kitchen supplies, and ensuring the maintenance of the kitchen area. 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients 
• Perform tasks outside of food preparation
• Comply with established health, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Contribute to goal of 100% customer satisfaction

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum six months of food preparation experience
• State and Federal background check
• Current TB card
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions
• Ability to work well independently and under pressure
• Flexible to work extended and irregular hours as needed
