Join the Culinary Team at The Fish Hopper
We are seeking new talent in our kitchen!

Specializing in Seafood & Steaks, The Fish Hopper is a favorite on Alii Drive Kailua-Kona. The energy is Aloha and the food is ONO!

Please have these requirements:
*A minimum of 2 years of experience in the kitchen preparation and cooking.

*At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.

*Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.

*Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.

*Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.

*Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, saute burners, convention oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.

*Be able to work weekends, mornings, nights and holidays

*Must obtain a Hawaii Food Handler Card and have a negative TB test prior to hire.

Wage is dependent on experience and will be discussed before being hired.
