What You’ll Do

• Prep and cook awesome food that keeps our guests coming back for more.

• Keep our kitchen clean, organized, and humming along.

• Follow food safety standards — we do everything the pono way.

• Work with the team to make sure every dish is top-notch and on time.

• Help maintain inventory levels, minimize waste, and care for our equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience cooking in a busy, professional kitchen.

• Great knife skills and solid knowledge of basic sauces and prep.

• Team player with strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to working safely.

• A positive attitude that supports ohana, teamwork, and a passion for doing things right.
