Job Description

As an employee of Channel Partners, you will be assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly and/or one-time basis. You willbe responsible for servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week. On average, you can expect to be scheduled 7-12 hours each week.Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year. 

 

Compensation:

• Employees are paid an in-store and online training hourly rate of $21.00 per hour

Channel Partners Merchandiser Responsibilities: 

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms 

• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos

• Make routine decisions, escalate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues

• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding retail terminology and company software 

• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed 

• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities 

• Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality 

• Active email address and phone with voicemail 

• Strong communication skills in person, by phone and via email 

• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines
