As the first face patients see when they walk through our doors, you’ll be the heart of our front office. We’re looking for someone who is upbeat, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm and welcoming smile
• Check in patients and manage appointment schedules
• Verify patient insurance and collect copayments
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Assist with general receptionist and administrative duties
• Support the clinical staff in delivering excellent patient care

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people
• Computer literate, comfortable learning new software systems
• Efficient and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Flexible availability, including some early mornings (6:30a)
