We are seeking candidates for a full-time Administrative Assistant opening in Kailua-Kona. The selected candidate will perform administrative duties for a local company, which will include duties such as answering phones, greeting customers and clients, maintaining schedules, and ordering supplies.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm


Kailua-Kona, Big Island


$17 to $18 an hour, depending on experience


  • Greet and assist customers and clients.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
  • Maintain a schedule of upcoming projects.
  • Track and maintain purchasing information.
  • Order supplies for the office and shop.
  • Perform data entry duties as assigned.
  • Prepare cash deposits.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as needed.


  • At least 3-5 years of clerical/office experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to type efficiently and use 10-key.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must pay high attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
