Job Description

Great location right outside of Kailua-Kona for candidates looking for a temporary full-time opportunity with excellent pay. This role will assist with a variety of duties to include preparing test packets with employee information and distributing self-administered COVID tests to employees.

Qualified candidates for this role must be computer literate and able to perform data entry, track data using spreadsheets, file and fax information. This position is expected to last 1-2 months.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist client with administering Covid-19 tests to employees.
  • Prepare test packet with employee information.
  • Assist in the distribution of the self-administered Covid-19 tests.
  • Perform data entry on spreadsheets with employee information.
  • Carry out general clerical duties such as filing, scanning and faxing information.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Ability to start ASAP and commit for at least 1-2 months.
