Job Description

A local processing company is looking for a hard-working individual to join their team as a Seafood Packer for the next several weeks during their busy season. Duties of this job include packing, storing, and loading seafood, checking the quality and quantity of products, as well as cleaning production areas.

Qualified candidates will possess a valid driver's license and be able to multitask and work quickly.

Hours

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$23 an hour

Responsibilities

• Pack and store seafood in a timely manner.
• Check and confirm the quality and quantity of the product.
• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the facility and production areas.
• Great walk-up whole sales customers and assist with their orders.
• Load and transport product.
• Comply with workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to abide by safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to work outdoors under a covered area and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
