Job Description

A local manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Rep to help assist with greeting incoming guests and clients, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the management of orders such as packaging, mailing, and tracking shipments.

The ideal candidate will have two years of previous customer service and/or sales experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. For immediate consideration call us or apply today!

$20 an hour


  • Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls, take messages.
  • Greet guests and clients, maintain visitor and check in log.
  • Manage office supplies and marketing materials.
  • Assist with marketing needs (i.e., packaging items, tracking shipments).
  • Perform other duties as requested.


  • Two years previous customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Possess strong administrative skills, with previous data entry experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in math and analytical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs occasionally.
