Customer Service Representative (100834)

This full-time role will provide customer service and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department for a well-known company. This is the perfect opportunity for those looking for a hybrid work model, you will work three days on-site and two days remotely.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (3 days on-site/2 days remote)

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Enter orders and keep records of customer interactions.
  • Process customer accounts, returns, credit memos, orders, and handle complaints.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.
  • Monitor and respond to emails.
  • Update, organize, and supply marketing materials, technical bulletins, and office forms.
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, printing, faxing, etc.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Two years or more of customer service experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in math and analytical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including time management, multi-tasking and project management.
  • "Sales attitude" necessary.
