Pay

$95,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day business activities while ensuring they support the organization’s long-term objectives.
• Spearhead project management efforts to improve overall efficiency and performance.
• Create and execute strategic initiatives that promote growth and expand business opportunities.
• Guide and support senior leadership, encouraging teamwork and alignment with company goals.
• Handle vendor negotiations and contract agreements to secure advantageous outcomes.
• Evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply best practices across teams.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success and drive ongoing enhancements.
• Coach and develop team members, cultivating strong leadership capabilities throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in operations leadership, with a solid emphasis on managing projects.
• A strong background in the construction industry is required.
• Proven success in developing and carrying out strategic plans within a corporate setting.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including experience overseeing executive or senior-level teams.
• Skilled negotiator with a history of effectively managing contracts and partnerships.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret complex information and make sound business decisions.
