Hours

Full-time, Various days, Monday to Sunday, Evening Shift: 2pm-10pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$22 to $24 an hour, Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain a basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.
• Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and health and safety policies.
• Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organized.
• Report any accidents, illnesses, or incidents to the manager/supervisor.
• Pay attention to detail to ensure all pots and cookware are thoroughly cleaned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending.
• Willingness to engage in tasks that require balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, stretching, twisting, and reaching.
• Willing to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
