Job Description

A well-known production facility in Kailua-Kona is in need of a full-time Operator for their extraction equipment starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a production facility and good mechanical abilities as demonstrated through past work experience. The selected candidate will operate the equipment with a high level of accuracy, and maintain and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, with availability to work weekends as needed

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Responsibilities

• Operate extraction equipment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Closely monitor all operations and maintain workstations clean and safe.
• Maintain operation logs.
• Assist in troubleshooting maintenance-related issues and performing preventative maintenance.
• Handle other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a production facility.
• Good mechanical abilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and state and federal background check.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Forklift certification desirable.
