Job Description

A high-end resort in Kona is looking for a hard working Facilities Technicians to join their team. In this role, you will handle all work orders that get submitted to the facilities team and ensure all tools/equipment are used correctly and safely for the assigned job.

Our client is accepting all skill levels and are willing to train as needed.

Qualified candidates will have 1 year of related work experience and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Hours

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday 8am- 4pm, ability to work varying shifts and weekends/holidays as needed

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$20 to $24 an hour, Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain work orders and labor/materials tracking.
• Add notes and information to all completed work orders.
• Update supervisor of any incomplete work orders.?
• Advise management of any and all tools/equipment needed to perform assigned duties correctly and safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.?
• Able to carry, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
