Pay

$65,000 to $72,500 a year

Responsibilities

  • Manage essential HR functions including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and terminations
  • Expertly explain company benefit programs and enroll employees
  • Coordinate candidate prescreening, interviews, and follow-ups
  • Create an unforgettable new hire orientation experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Provide stellar employee relations support
  • Address HR-related inquiries from employees with confidence
  • Spearhead creative recruiting efforts, including job fairs and other initiatives
  • Support various administrative tasks, including supply procurement and financial processes
  • Assist the Branch Manager and contribute to special projects

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR functions (payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field (beneficial)
  • Professional HR credentials (e.g., SHRM) preferred
  • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to work with non-native English speakers
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and maintain personal integrity
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
