Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$20 an hour, Temporary to Hire

Responsibilities

• Assist agents, mortgagees, and customers via phone and email.
• Process payments daily.
• Data entry, amend policies, and process returned mail.
• Review and sort daily print files.
• Record keeping, organizing, and filing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
