Job Description

A high-end resort on the Kona coast is looking for a full-time Laundry/ Facilities Attendant to assist with janitorial maintenance tasks such as on-site laundry, cleaning, refilling dispensers, and stocking supplies across the resort. This position is guaranteed through the busy holiday season, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role if it's a good fit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a flexible schedule.

Hours

Full-time, Varying Shifts: 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, various days, including weekends

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$25.50 an hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site laundry collection, cleaning, and stocking.
• Clean floors, vanities, sinks, toilets, urinals, shower stalls, and ensure they are in working order.
• Refill wall mounted dispensers with shampoo and body wash.
• Remove trash from assigned areas and transport to the designated staging area.
• Stock restrooms with linens and paper hand towels.
• Circulate the grounds frequently to pick up debris, fluff pillows, and dust.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and bend and kneel to clean various areas throughout the day.
