Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and maintain auto shop appointment schedule.
*Answer phone calls and conduct reminder calls for appointments.
- Process payments, daily closing and bank deposits.
- Maintain auto shop files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Cash handling experience highly preferred.
- Automotive knowledge highly preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Must have good phone etiquette.
