A local produce company in Kailua-Kona is looking for an administrative professional to assist with answering phones and emails, taking customer orders, and processing invoices.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$19 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service over the phone and in-person.
  • Respond to vendor emails and inquires.
  • Take customer orders and maintain order logs.
  • Assist with invoicing using Sage accounting software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous office/admin and accounting experience preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract required.
