Office Clerk (sales) (99489)A family-owned appliance business in Kailua-Kona is seeking an Office Clerk to assist with everything from answering phones to processing invoices. This is a full-time opportunity, starting around mid-to-late January 2021. We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills, good organization, with accounting experience being a plus!
This full-time position offers great work hours and excellent starting pay!
Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Kailua-Kona, Big Island
Pay
$17 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Provide sales support, including helping customers with inquiries and concerns.
- Perform light data entry duties.
- Assist with processing client billing and invoicing.
- Take and schedule service calls.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Accounting experience is a plus
- Must be highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Great computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
