A family-owned appliance business in Kailua-Kona is seeking an Office Clerk to assist with everything from answering phones to processing invoices. This is a full-time opportunity, starting around mid-to-late January 2021. We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills, good organization, with accounting experience being a plus!

This full-time position offers great work hours and excellent starting pay!


Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm


Kailua-Kona, Big Island


$17 an hour


  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Provide sales support, including helping customers with inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform light data entry duties.
  • Assist with processing client billing and invoicing.
  • Take and schedule service calls.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Must be highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Great computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
