Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$24 an hour, $24/hr, possibly more depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts in maintaining all applicable registrations and certifications (such as Bioterrorism, Non-GMO Project verification, Kosher, Gluten Free, DOH, and GMP).
  • Maintain master files and ensure that interdepartmental communication of change occurs.
  • Assist with review of dietary supplement product labels, including marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
  • Support new product development and international export efforts, through collection and organization of quality and regulatory files.
  • Maintain up-to-date component, ingredient, and product specifications, product tool kits, vendor specifications, testing agreements, and GMP Agreements.
  • Manage the TMS Document Control System, implement upgrades, and provide troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Maintain and updates cGMP Master Manufacturing Records and Batch Records and ensures that all records are appropriately retained and archived.
  • Organize and audits GMP records, including but not limited to Non-conforming Product Reports (NCPR), Correction/Prevention Action Reports (CPARS), Customer Complaints.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years off office experience required.
  • Proficient with PC-based programs and Microsoft Office.
  • Good typing and data entry skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
