Hours

Full-time, 3:00pm-11:00pm or 4:00pm-12:00am. Must be available to work various days of the week.

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Prep workstation before service starts.
• Ensure all food is stored at proper temperatures.
• Check food inventory and re-order as necessary.
• Break down station at the end of service.

Qualifications

• Prior sushi chef experience required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable and punctual.
