XFoil is an Oahu-based eFoil brand dedicated to bringing the joy of hydrofoiling to both visitors and residents. We offer free weekly demo sessions with limited spots, giving people the opportunity to experience our cutting-edge electric foil boards firsthand.

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Demo Specialist to help run these sessions and showcase our boards.

Role Overview

As an XFoil Demo Specialist, you will coordinate and host eFoil demo sessions, guide riders through safe and enjoyable experiences, and represent the XFoil brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wind sports and ocean lifestyle, with a strong comfort level around technology and gear setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Host weekly eFoil demo sessions at designated beaches or launch spots

• Teach new riders the basics of eFoiling and ensure safe operation

• Transport, set up, and break down demo equipment

• Maintain and care for XFoil boards, batteries, and accessories

• Communicate with participants regarding schedules and instructions

• Promote XFoil products and answer basic customer questions

• Optional: Earn commission on any boards sold as a result of your demos

Requirements

• Experience in wind sports, water sports, or similar ocean activities

• Comfortable with technology, gear setup, and basic troubleshooting

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to store 2–3 eFoil units at home or in your vehicle

• Strong communication and people skills

• Dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious

Compensation

• Paid per demo session

• Commission opportunities for any XFoil boards sold from your demos
