Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for a Front-Of-House Restaurant Supervisor to join our craft 'ohana!

About the role:

• Starting pay: $23-25/hour (dependent on experience).
• Schedule: Part-time, 3 shifts per week to start, with room for growth.
• Responsibilities: Oversee the Front-of-House restaurant operation and team, manage guest experience, and support the FOH management team in achieving department goals.

• You are looking to grow into a FOH restaurant manager in the future.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as either a bartender, server, or combination of both.
• Your restaurant experience comes from fast-paced high-volume establishments.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant supervisor role (preferred but not required).
• Your availability and schedule is flexible.
