$1000 at 6 months upon successful completion.
Additional $1000 upon succssful completion of 12 months.
Total compensation: $2000 over 12 months. (Must be in good standing with the club)

REPORTS TO: Assistant Superintendent

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the guidance of the Assistant Superintendent, this position does all the handwork required, according to the Superintendent’s specifications. The laborer will set up and maintain the golf course and club grounds for play and presentation such as, but not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Rakes sand bunkers using hand and machine rakes for a smooth and uniform finish.
•  Does teeing ground and greens servicing, ensuring a clean and even playing surface.
•  Cleans restrooms to ensure sanitation.
•  Changes holes on the green for play.
•  Reads, understands and follows step-by-step operating procedures outlined in a machine’s Operator Manual
•  Fluid checks, inspects and corrects all machinery and tool deficiencies before use.
•  Drives engine and battery-powered carts and vehicles, standard and automatic.
•  Cares for, safely operates, handles according to the manufacturer and Superintendent’s specifications, cleans monitors the performance of, and stops to report discrepancies for small engine
