Part-Time Greenskeeper - Mid-Pacific Country Club Join the dedicated maintenance team at Mid-Pacific Country Club, one of Oahu's most prestigious private courses.  We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist in the daily preparation and upkeep of our beautiful grounds.

Position Details

• Job Title: Part-Time Greenskeeper / Golf Course Laborer
• Location: Mid-Pacific Country Club, Kailua, Hawaiʻi
• Schedule: Able work weekdays or weekends.

Key Responsibilities- The Greenskeeper performs essential course preparation and maintenance tasks under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. Duties may include:

• Raking sand bunkers by hand or with machine rakes for a smooth, uniform finish.
• Assisting with teeing ground and greens servicing (e.g., changing holes, cleaning surfaces).
• Performing general hand work for various projects, such as shoveling, raking, trimming, cleaning, sweeping, and digging.
• Operating small engine equipment (e.g., blowers, line trimmers, walking mowers) safely after proper training.
• Maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment.
• Driving golf course carts and utility vehicles.
• Performing other maintenance duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Golf course experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: Must be reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
