If you are looking for a full-time job on the Windward side, this is it! We are currently looking for candidates for an Accounting Clerk role in Waimanalo. This role will primarily handle accounts payable and receivable duties and handle financial data-entry. Parking will be provided!

Qualified candidates will have a strong eye for detail, proficient data-entry skills, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Pay

$15 to $17 an hour

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable duties including but not limited to processing payments, verifying and reconciling invoices, billing, etc.
• Record and deposit cash receipts.
• Perform bank runs as needed.
• Generate financial reports.
• Handle data-entry of financial information.
• Maintain an accurate filing system of all financial documents.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, an Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Must have some accounting knowledge.
• Computer-literate with good data-entry skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Two-Step Tuberculosis clearance is required.
• Covid-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
