We are currently seeking a reliable Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Kailua. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations, ensuring our dishes are spotless and our ingredients are prepped and ready for service. Hours: Monday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Prep focus) Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Dishwashing focus) Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Dishwashing focus) Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Dishwashing focus) Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Dishwashing focus)

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils throughout the shift.
• Food Prep: Wash and prepare vegetables and assist the kitchen staff with various meal preparation tasks.
• Inventory Management: Receive deliveries, stock items properly, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.

Qualifications

• Reliability: Must be able to commit to the following weekly schedule:
• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain a well-groomed appearance (must be well-manicured) at all times, as this role involves handling food.
• Attire: Must be comfortable wearing standard kitchen attire, including pants, a t-shirt, and non-slip shoes.
• Equipment: We provide gloves and hairnets for all staff.
• Previous experience required.
