Job Description

Our client, located in Kailua, is looking for a customer service oriented individual to assist them this tax season through April 21st. As the Receptionist, you will be in charge of answering phone calls, assisting clients, and ensuring all proper paperwork is provided.

Qualified candidates will have great customer service skills and able to commit through 4/21.

Pay might be slightly flexible depending on experience and will include paid overtime.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm


Kailua, Oahu


$17 an hour


  • Answer phone calls.
  • Assist walk-in and regular clients.
  • Ensure that all proper paperwork is provided.
  • Go over refunds/owed taxes when clients pick up their tax packets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Previous office or front desk experience is preferred.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Quick learner and team player.
  • Able to start ASAP and commit through 4/21.
