Job Description

Play a key role in customer support, order coordination, and general administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2:00pm

Location

Kaneohe, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate staff.
  • Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person.
  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer and order records.
  • Resolve customer requests and provide order status updates.
  • Enter information into company databases and filing systems.
  • Prepare routine reports and organize business documents.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and clerical duties.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy work environment.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and procedures quickly.
  • Proficient with computers and standard office software.
  • Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.
  • Dependable with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
