Play a key role in customer support, order coordination, and general administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment.
Hours
Full-time, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2:00pm
Location
Kaneohe, Oahu
Pay
$19 to $21 an hour
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate staff.
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.
- Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer and order records.
- Resolve customer requests and provide order status updates.
- Enter information into company databases and filing systems.
- Prepare routine reports and organize business documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy work environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems and procedures quickly.
- Proficient with computers and standard office software.
- Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.
- Dependable with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
