Are you looking for part-time administrative work on the Windward side? A busy medical practice in Kaneohe is in need of a Front Desk Person. This role will be the first point of contact when patients arrive and ensure that all paperwork is processed prior to appointments.

Hours

Part-time, Mon/Wed/Thurs, 7:45am-11:15am & 2:45pm-6:00pm

Location

Kaneohe, Oahu

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in all incoming patients.
• Process and file insurance information.
• Answer phones and respond to emails.
• Schedule appointments.
• Accept co-payments and follow up on payments as needed.
• Maintain and update patient info.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience required. Front desk experience a plus.
• Highly customer service oriented with great communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to multi-task.
