Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking and packing of wholesale orders. This is a hands-on position that requires manual dexterity and physical stamina, as we do not use heavy warehouse machinery for these specific tasks.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack wholesale orders for shipment according to packing slips.
• Manual Handling: Prepare and move inventory manually throughout the warehouse (no heavy equipment operation involved).
• Inventory Accuracy: Verify product quantities and quality to ensure order accuracy.
• General Warehouse Tasks: Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, and move 50+ lbs on a regular, consistent basis throughout the workday.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to organize tasks efficiently and troubleshoot order discrepancies.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic with a proactive initiative to get the job done. You are dependable, punctual, and take ownership of your tasks.
