Job Description

Leading restaurant in Kapaa is seeking an Administrative for a full-time opening. This is a temporary position that will last 3-4 months. As the Administrative Assistant you will help to keep the company’s operations running at top speed by logging sales information, responding to customer inquiries, and performing general accounting duties.

 

The person chosen for this role will need to have great math skills, basic cash handling and accounting experience, and top-notch customer service skills. 

 

Addition​al Responsibilities:

 

  • Process and log daily sales and tips
  • Type and proofread correspondences
  • Assist with accounts payable duties, such as account preparation, maintenance, and reporting
  • Communicate with customers regarding any questions they may have
  • Ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum three years of experience working in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Sharp eye for details and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good mathematical aptitude to perform light accounting duties
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
