Merriman's Kapalua is hiring Line Cooks!
Having a chef as founder and owner of our restaurants makes Merriman’s a fantastic kitchen for anyone who loves to cook and is looking for a career in food service! Not only do we work with the best ingredients, local farmers and ranchers, we also use the very best cooking techniques and will train!
Pay & Benefits:
- Total Pay of $37-$39 per hour
- Base Pay: $19.25 based on experience
- 4% Kitchen Surcharge: $12-$14/hr on top of base pay. 4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees.
- Tip Sharing: Approx. $4 per hour
- Holiday pay: All BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve
- Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance available
- 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year
- PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4.
