Valet Professional

Are you ready to join the Merriman's team and be the first impression to our guests? We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Valet to provide exceptional guest service and a seamless parking experience for our guests.

Pay & Benefits: 

• Base Pay: $16 /hour + tips 
• Medical, Dental, Vision, ST and LT Disability and Life Insurance available
• 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year
• PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4.  
• 50% Employee Discount (discount at other Merriman’s Restaurants and Monkeypod)

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor
- Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles for guests
- Run to and from parking areas to ensure prompt service
- Organize and manage vehicle keys and parking tickets with precision
- Maintain a clean and safe parking area
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be 25 years of age
- Ability to run quickly and maintain stamina throughout shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills to manage keys and tickets effectively
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of standard and automatic transmission and electric vehicles.
