Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and support customers, sales, and daily operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues by phone, email, internet, and fax

• Review orders for accuracy and initiate billing adjustments as needed

• Prepare weekly customer pricing and maintain order guides

• Follow up with customers and support sales promotions

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments

• Assist with department tasks and provide team coverage when needed

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1+ year of customer service or sales support experience preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Occasional non-traditional hours may be required
