Pay: $26.50/hr or based on experience [paid weekly]
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (20–40 hrs/week + OT as needed)
Reports to: Project Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead small field crews on fencing and right-of-way projects. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who works alongside the crew and keeps projects on track.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise crews of 2–4 laborers in the field
Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and workflow
Install and oversee all types of fencing projects
Enforce job site safety and company procedures
Communicate project progress with the Supervisor
Manage tools, equipment, materials, and company vehicle
Track inventory and ensure materials are ordered on time
Train new hires and approve employee timecards
Maintain daily and final site cleanup
Must be 18+ years old
3+ years experience (fencing experience required)
Prior supervisory experience required
Construction industry experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift 70+ lbs daily
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus)
Willing to work occasional weekends
Must pass random drug testing
