You'll operate commercial vehicles up to 19,500 pounds GVW while following Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company safety standards, and food safety requirements. What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a commercial delivery truck (up to 19,500 GVW) on assigned routes throughout Hawaii.
  • Deliver products accurately and on schedule while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by serving as a professional ambassador for the company.
  • Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
  • Verify deliveries using delivery paperwork and handheld electronic devices.
  • Monitor and document refrigerated product temperatures to maintain product quality.
  • Follow all food safety, DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
  • Load, transport, and unload products using forklifts, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and hydraulic lift gates.
  • Perform inside deliveries when needed, ensuring products are handled with care.
  • Assist customers with delivery verification, product counts, and restacking when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation.
  • Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and operating at a professional standard.
  • Perform additional duties that support the success of the team and our customers.
What You Bring Required Qualifications
  • Valid Hawaii Type 4 Driver's License (or higher)
  • Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card)
  • Acceptable driving record that meets company standards
  • Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 75 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous commercial driving or route delivery experience
  • Experience operating forklifts or warehouse material handling equipment

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that includes frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds, loading and unloading products, entering and exiting delivery vehicles throughout the day, and standing, walking, bending, reaching, and driving for extended periods. Work Environment

You'll work in a combination of warehouse and outdoor environments while making deliveries. Conditions may include refrigerated areas, varying weather, moderate to loud noise levels, and the operation of commercial vehicles and powered industrial equipment.
