As our Human Resources Manager, you'll partner closely with leadership to drive initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, organizational development, and operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to lead meaningful change while maintaining a hands-on connection to our employees and operations.


What You'll Do

Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Help shape company culture and support initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and career advancement.
  • Support managers in coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
  • Lead employee relations investigations and conflict resolution efforts.
  • Champion a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate employee recognition, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
Payroll, Benefits & Compliance
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage benefit programs and annual open enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and HR reporting requirements.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee programs.
  • Support organizational growth through strategic projects and operational improvements.
  • Leverage data and employee feedback to enhance the employee experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in employee relations, investigations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
