What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager / Systems Administrator to lead and evolve our technology environment.  This is more than an IT support role — this position plays a critical part in modernizing operations, protecting company data, and driving technology solutions that support food distribution and production across the Hawaiian Islands.  If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading technology strategy, and making a direct impact on business operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all corporate IT systems including hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure
• Administer and optimize ERP platforms (Aspen Canopy or similar systems preferred)
• Lead IT strategy, modernization efforts, and technology roadmaps aligned with business growth
• Monitor system performance while ensuring data security, integrity, and cybersecurity protection
• Provide hands-on technical support and training for internal teams and operational systems
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation across multiple departments
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Recruit, mentor, and develop IT personnel and external resources
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support warehouse, production, and distribution technologies
• Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

What You Bring

Education & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
✔ 5+ years of progressive IT leadership or systems administration experience
✔ Strong background in:

• ERP systems (Aspen Canopy or similar)
• Cloud computing environments
• Network administration & infrastructure
• System configuration & software deployment
• Cybersecurity best practices

✔ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Preferred Experience

• IT project management and system implementations
• Warehouse technology, scanners, lasers, or traceability systems
• Manufacturing or distribution environment experience

Work Environment & Schedule

• On-site role based in Kapolei, O‘ahu
• Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency support required
• Office and operational facility environment
