808Wraps is Hawaii’s leader in commercial fleet vehicle wraps, helping companies turn their vehicles into powerful mobile branding. We are growing and looking for an experienced Lead Vinyl Wrap Installer to join our team.

About the Role

 

As our Lead Vinyl Wrap Installer, you will lead installation projects from start to finish and help ensure every wrap leaves our shop looking flawless. You will work closely with our design, production, and operations teams to bring client brands to life on vehicles, boats, walls, and more.

 

You will also mentor other installers, maintain quality standards, and help deliver the level of workmanship that creates what we call “Perfectly Happy Clients.”

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Lead and manage vinyl wrap installation projects from start to finish

• Install vinyl wraps, decals, and graphics on vehicles, fleets, boats, walls, and other surfaces

• Use precise cutting, fitting, and finishing techniques to produce high-quality installations

• Review design proofs and installation layouts with the design and production teams

• Ensure print panels and materials are correct before installation begins

• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job documentation

• Train and mentor other installers to maintain quality standards

• Occasionally perform off-site installations for client projects

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• 2+ years of vinyl wrap installation experience (certification preferred)

• Ability to work independently and lead a team when needed

• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in finished work

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around vehicles and equipment

• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment

 

Most installations are completed in our Kapolei facility, though some projects may require on-site work for customers. The role involves standing, bending, and working with tools and materials commonly used in professional vinyl installation.

 

Schedule

 

• Monday to Friday

• Day shift (8-hour shift typical)

• Occasional weekend availability may be required
