Logistics Manager – Construction Operations | Oahu, HI

WHO WE ARE
United Construction Group is a growing design-build contractor serving residential and commercial clients across Oahu. Our projects depend on dependable supply and coordination, and we are adding a Logistics Manager to strengthen the connection between vendors, the office, and the field.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE
You will help keep multiple construction projects moving forward by ensuring the right materials and equipment arrive at the right time. The position blends planning and hands-on site support in an active construction environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee logistics coordination for several active construction projects
• Plan and confirm delivery schedules for materials and equipment
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers, vendors, project staff, and field crews
• Track material quantities and equipment locations to support job-site needs
• Help address shortages, delivery delays, or schedule conflicts
• Support project documentation and operational reporting
• Promote safe and organized job-site operations
• Be present on job sites when logistics support is required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Must be local to Oahu, HI
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Available to work on-site Monday through Friday

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in logistics, construction operations, inventory management, or supply chain
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Clear and professional communication habits
• Tech-savvy; CRM or job-tracking software experience is helpful

PAY, BENEFITS, AND GROWTH

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
