Office Administrator

Hey there! We're on the lookout for an organized and friendly Office Administrator to join our team in the wholesale industry. If you love keeping things running smoothly and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Keep our office operations running like a well-oiled machine.
- Manage accounts receivables and collections by communicating with customers via emails and phone calls. Applying payments to QuickBooks On-line account.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functioning.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records and working directly with the company accountant.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed as well as coordinating deliveries.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experienced with QuickBooks On-line.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
