Requirements

• Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams or programs within educational or community settings.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
• Demonstrated success in program development, project management, and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of data collection methods and experience analyzing community or program metrics.
• Background in social work, public health, addiction counseling or related fields is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
