Job Description

Administrative Assistant is needed for a full-time position in Kapolei. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, performing light accounting duties, and maintaining files and documents. Here are a few things you should know about this position:

  • This is a small office so we need someone who enjoys working as a part of a close team.
  • Parking will be provided for you.
  • Office hours are 6:30am - 2:30pm so you can start and end your workday early.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm


Kapolei, Oahu


$20 an hour


  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Previous payroll and accounting clerk experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
