Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join their team and assist with email correspondence, accounting needs and scheduling corporate travel.

Qualifed candidates will have a minimum of a year office management experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office, possess strong communication skills, and can obtain base clearance via having a valid driver's license and passing a background check.

This position is primarily based in Kapolei, and will eventually relocate to the airport office. This position can be partial remote based on the company's business needs. Parking will be provided. Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (flexible)

Location

  • Kapolei, Oahu
  • Airport Area, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, transfer calls to appropriate party.
  • Handle email correspondence.
  • Assist with accounts receivables and accounts payable.
  • Schedule neighbor island travel for employees.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Handle office supplies and equipment ordering.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years office management experience, construction industry preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license (to obtain base clearance).
  • Flexible schedule to adapt with shift priorities, as needed.
  • Upon hire, ability to pass background check.
