Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join their team and assist with email correspondence, accounting needs and scheduling corporate travel.
Qualifed candidates will have a minimum of a year office management experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office, possess strong communication skills, and can obtain base clearance via having a valid driver's license and passing a background check.
This position is primarily based in Kapolei, and will eventually relocate to the airport office. This position can be partial remote based on the company's business needs. Parking will be provided.
