Job Description

A locally owned and operated construction supply distributor is seeking an Construction Warehouse and Operations Manager to help organize and manage their entire warehouse operations. In addition to overseeing warehouse personnel, you will need to be ready to support and work alongside your team and be active on the warehouse floor to assist with pulling orders, operating a forklift, and stocking construction materials.

The ideal candidate will be forklift certified and have 3 years of warehouse and construction management experience.

Hours

Full-time, 7:00am-4:00pm

Campbell Industrial Park, Kapolei, Oahu

Pay

$40 an hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse workers.
• Provide safety procedures training for all employees.
• Ensure orders are picked on a timely basis.
• Receive incoming deliveries.
• Stock products and pull orders for fulfillment.
• Operate forklift to move and pick products for delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse and construction management experience.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and stay until the work is finished each day.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Dependable, motivated, hardworking.
