Job Description

The Fuel Delivery Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the safe, timely, and reliable fuel truck loading, transportation, and on-time delivery of product to our customers.

Full-time, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location

Kapolei, Oahu

Pay

$100,000 to $134,000 a year, DOE

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers - Promotes professional growth and performs annual performance reviews.
• Safety Management - Responsible for compliance with all safety laws, policies and rules. Conducts incident investigations and develops corrective action plans.
• Vehicle Maintenance - Manages vehicle maintenance, completing all preventative maintenance, safety checks and required certifications.
• Driving Training - Handles new driver orientation and training. Conducts annual defensive driving evaluations, including on-rood assessments.
• Administration - Create budgets, track expenses and control costs. Manages timesheet verification and payroll approval.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of DOT Hours-of-Service rules, FMCSA CFR Title 49 driver requirements. Ability to apply these in daily driver oversight and scheduling.
• Minimum of three years? experience as a fuel delivery driver with a Class A CDL in good standing.
• Minimum of five years safe driving record.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Supervisor or Trainer.
• Strong problem solver, even under stressful conditions.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to use good judgment and decision making.
